RC reconnaissance robot
Project context
For the Dutch police, I developed an RC reconnaissance robot based on an existing platform. The goal was to create a modular and robust system for remote-controlled exploration, with advanced features to support real-time reconnaissance.


Approach
Using the IPO design process, I created a design with modularity, cooling solutions, and advanced operator control. The system was optimized for adaptability and efficient component layout.

This project taught me how to design and integrate complex mechatronic systems, combining mechanical design, electronics, and thermal management. It strengthened my ability to create modular, scalable designs that balance innovation with reliability in demanding real-world applications.
